What are your hours?

We are open 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Our hours are 5am - 9pm. 

How do you make sure the gym is not crowded?

We cap our memberships to make sure that the gym is accessible and comfortable to use for everyone. Our cap is based on the amount of square footage and equipment we have, and much better than industry standards.
 
What are the busiest times at the gym?

We have seen that the gym is typically busiest Monday - Thursday from 6:30AM - 8:30AM; even so, due to our membership cap we find that there is ample room and equipment available for members.
 
Do you have guest passes or day passes?
 
We offer Day Passes for $35 and Week Passes for $99 (week passes are currently sold out). If you use a Day or Week Pass and then decide to join at a later date, we will apply what you paid towards your membership!

If you are a current member and want to bring a guest, email info@district.fit and we will set this up for you.
 
Are there any long term commitments, contracts, or hidden fees?

We don’t charge weird fees like annual dues, start up fees, or make you sign up for a long contract - we hate all that stuff! 

We only require a 3 month commitment for new members (paid month to month); after the three months, your membership automatically renews into a month to month membership. You can easily cancel any time before your renewal date to not be charged again. 
 
Do you offer free trials for the gym?

We take our member cap very seriously and are not offering trials at this time. We invite you to purchase a Day Pass or Week Pass if you want to try out the gym; and if you sign up, we will put what you paid for the pass towards your membership.
 
How can I change my membership tier

How do I cancel and make sure I am not charged again?

It’s easy - cancel before your membership renewal date and you will not be charged. To cancel, simply fill out this form. We would hate to see you go, but fully understand if you want to leave - we don’t want anyone to be stuck with a membership that they don’t want.
