RED LIGHT DISTRICT

Where red means GO. Expect challenging rounds of cardio on rowers and bikes alternating with strength work on the floor, guided by music and lights.

Carb up for a strength-building sweat in our functional, full body HIIT circuit. All levels encouraged, modifications made.

DISTRICT's co-founder and a third generation Carroll Gardens native, Nick has trained thousands of people at all fitness levels - from new moms looking to get back into working out, to bodybuilders training for their next competition.

For over 20 years Jazmin has been inspiring through personal training, healthy cooking and nutrition. Her purpose is to create a healthy and vibrant community ready to be transformed into the best versions of themselves.

Nissa is a passionate, certified trainer who thrives on encouraging and celebrating personal growth through movement. As a life-long runner she believes showing up for yourself is the ultimate form of self care.

Carolyn is a certified trainer and health coach with expertise in pre/postnatal fitness. She's been helping clients find fun and empowerment through exercise for 10+ years, through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

Anna is a certified Yoga instructor with over 5,000 teaching hours and a deep passion for holistic wellness. She has transitioned from Hatha Yoga to specializing in Meridian Yoga Therapy, honing her skills under Dr. Rose Erin Vaughan.

Lady comes with a wealth of knowledge from her years involved in the sports of Olympic Weightlifting and Muay Thai. She has been an active competitive athlete in Oly and as a weightlifting coach leading athletes to competitions.

Carlos is a Peruvian Zumba instructor and has been teaching Zumba for over 10 years, building on 20 years of dance experience. You have probably seen Carlos teaching his Zumba classes in Carroll Park - he's ready to get you moving!
